In a world of financial disfunctionality and uncertainty, IAS has taken a leadership role by both redefining and altering the traditional assumptions in project development and capital procurement.  At IAS, leadership in innovation is being the both the first and the last and by continuing to try where others have failed by taking necessary risks and daring to dream the impossible when it is needed the most.

We believe innovation and invention are separate concepts. We’re surrounded by invention, but not necessarily innovation.  At IAS, Innovation is the collaboration between an idea and the marketplace, where IAS establishes and implements the necessary process for refining and implementing Innovation in a manner to insure the inherent value of a project exceeds normal expectations.

The market will not be able to predict the effect of true Innovation, since there’s no context for understanding it.  Innovation really happens when behaviors start to change.  Innovation is a process; it’s not about invention.  It’s an ecosystem where good ideas are captured, inventoried and reused to help them reach fruition.
